Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, password (stored securely hashed) and sign-in details.

Content data: briefs, brand profiles, saved results, generated images and Content Board items you create.

Billing data: plan, credit balance and transaction history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

Affiliate data: referral codes, clicks and commissions.

Technical data: IP address, browser, device and logs needed to secure and run the service.

To provide the studio and your account — performance of a contract.

To take payments, keep records and meet tax obligations — contract and legal obligation.

To secure the service, prevent fraud and improve features — legitimate interests.

To send marketing emails or use non-essential cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your inputs are sent to AI model providers solely to generate your results. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Trusted processors acting on our instructions: cloud hosting and database, AI model providers, payment processing and email delivery. We never sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to protect it.

Account and content data are kept while your account is open and deleted within 90 days of closure, except where we must keep records (for example billing and tax records for 6 years).

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113), but we'd appreciate the chance to help first.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-user data isolation. Generated images are stored privately and shown only to you via short-lived links.

The studio is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
