Terms & Conditions

WIN Stack Studio is an online, AI-assisted workspace for creating content, client proposals and plans. We may improve, change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.

New accounts receive a one-time allowance of 20 welcome credits. Paid subscriptions include 500 credits per billing month, which reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Top-up credits carry over while your account is open. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except as set out in our Refunds Policy.

Each action costs the credits shown in the studio. If an AI action fails, its credits are automatically returned.

Prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. WIN Room member pricing applies only to WIN Room Earner members; the free Explorer tier is not eligible.

You keep ownership of what you put into the studio and, as between you and us, of the output generated for you. You give us a limited licence to host and process it only to run the service.

AI output can be inaccurate, similar to output given to others, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing it, checking facts and claims, and making sure your use complies with law and platform rules. Nothing we produce is legal, financial or professional advice.

The studio, its software, design, templates, logos and the WIN Stack Studio name belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from them.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach it.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end your account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for indirect losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, including where it relies on third-party AI and hosting providers.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the studio before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
